Dancing Men #1 is an acrylic on canvas painting, part of the Play Time series. In this series I am exploring the experience of playfulness, both as an artist, playing with my materials or of my subjects, playing alone or with others: tumbling, stretching, posing, teasing. This painting is an expression of men interacting together in a playful way - bodies intertwined - giving and taking one another's weight. The pleasure of male intimacy and closeness through dance.
